My fellow Christian…are you doing as Jesus Christ Himself tells us, in this scripture below ??
John 8:31-32… So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, 32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (ESV)
In verse 22 in the opening scripture, the Apostle James tells us… “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.”
How can you possibly be doers of the Word, if you don’t spend time IN the Word ?? Abiding in the Word means spending time reading your Bible (hopefully every day)…meditating over the scripture…and then applying the Word to your life…
