Enter ye in at the strait gate, for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at.
Matthew 7:13

Some people say, “Well after all, we all worship the same God.”

Others say, “There are many ways to God.”

All those who make these statements may be sincere, but they are sincerely WRONG.

Jesus declared Himself to be the ONLY way to God. There is no other way. Some folks don’t understand Him, and some folks are getting it backwards.

The gateway, or the door to eternal life can only be opened and entered thru Christ, by His grace and thru His shed blood for our sins. He paid the penalty for our sins with His sinless life. The gate opening can be visualized by thinking of a funnel. Some people attempt to enter in the wrong way. They try to enter in at the wide part, which is the way of the world.

The New Agers and some of the other cults teach that which is contrary to the Word of God. They say enter in any way YOU choose. But that isn’t what Jesus told us to do. The way to God is a narrow way. It isn’t broad at all. But the way to destruction is broad and wide. Jesus is telling us here there is only one gateway to God. Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the why, which leads unto life, and few there be that find it. (Matthew 7:14)

This morning I thank God that He makes it plain that the Lord Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. No man can come to God except by Him and thru Him. Don’t buy the lies that contradict the word of God, my friends. The only path to God goes thru the Calvary and the cross of Christ!
