“In the beginning”

In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. Genesis 1:1

From the very beginning, from the very first words that God handed down in written text to mankind, He expects us to rightly accept Him for Who He Is. He never sought to prove His existence, or His creative powers. He communicates to us what He did for us, and expects us to come to Him in repentance and faith, accepting His omnipotent authority in each and every life He has created. If you read His word, you will find out that new beginnings are always possible with God, when we come to Him by faith. Do you accept the Bible as the authoritative Word of God? Do you believe that it is the inspired, infallible, inerrant Word of the only true living God? If you do, then you have faith, and that faith was imparted to you by the grace of God. God is the glue that holds all of His creation together.

Because God is that powerful, that strong, that loving, and that forgiving, He can make a new beginning for you today, when you come to Him in faith, trusting Him to be all that He has showed Himself to be. God has our back! He came to us in the form of human flesh in the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ to save us from our sins, and He has perfectly accomplished this task. He has demonstrated to us that He is God by His virgin birth, His sinless life, His substitutionary death on the cross for our sins, and His resurrection from the dead. Thank You God, for all this.
