“Only God can change hearts”

Through God we shall do valiantly; for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.

Psalm 108:13

I’m starting to see a revival of the “Don’t Tread on Me” banners. People are starting to feel as if we are losing our freedoms. And as we allow our freedoms to be taken, or willingly, blindly, and unwisely, just give them up, it is evident some would tread on us. But while evil men plot the destruction of our Republic, most of us still hold our freedoms near and dear. And we intend on holding on to them as long as we have breath. But we must never lose sight of the fact that only God can turn this around. And only God is able to tread down all the enemies coming against Him and us.

This morning I proclaim that God cannot and will not be defeated. And if and when our enemies are to be treaded down, it must be God who does the treading. And as God works, God’s people will do valiantly. You see, God will always prevail. And because we are His people, when God wins, so do we! But we must come to the place where we stop asking God to be on OUR SIDE, and commit ourselves to be on HIS SIDE. Then, victory can and will be achieved, but ONLY THROUGH GOD!
