“Seek the Lord while He may still be found”

Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near.

Isaiah 55:6

There are many promises in the Word of God. Every one of them God will honor and keep. But as we search the scriptures, we find no promise of tomorrow. God comes near to us in the Person of His Holy Spirit and beckons us to come to Him. You see, the salvation that God has provided is available to all men today. We need to accept God’s gift of salvation provided by the sacrifice made for us on the cross at Calvary by the Lord Jesus Christ. And God will never forsake or reject any person who comes to Him in true repentance and faith.

We have the opportunity to accept His free gift today, but we sure have no promise of one tomorrow. Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. He is near today.
