Psalm 10:13… Why do the wickedrenounce God? He has said in his heart, “You will notrequire an account.”  (NKJV) 

I spent the day yesterday portraying both ends of the spiritual spectrum, from the atheist who doesn’t believe there is a God…to the Spirit filled Christian, who lives and breathes to bring glory to the Lord Jesus Christ…  Each and every human being will fall somewhere in this broad spectrum of constantly changing world population, which is now over 7.1 billion people…  There are almost 2 ½ times more births year to date, than there were deaths…  Check out this “Worldometers” web site, with a real time moving estimated world population !!    http://www.worldometers.info/world-population/ 

And of this 7.1+ billion people, only an estimated 2.1 billion (31.5%) are Christians…  When you are a Christian in God’s eyes, who is living for the Lord…you should come away with tears in your eyes, when you think about the fact that the majority of the 31+ million people who have died year to date, are now spending an eternity in hell…  Read about Jesus’ word picture of eternal torment in flames, in Jesus’ teaching about Lazarus and the rich man in…Luke 16:19-31…  Here is the link…   http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=lu16:19-31&version=NKJV;KJV 

This fact of possible eternal torment in flames, should strike fear in the hearts of those that don’t know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior…because if they were to die this very minute without God’s grace through saving faith alone in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-9), they would be separated from God forever…  I post the following scripture often, because God can use His Word to wake-up the wicked, unsaved people who read it… 

2 Thessalonians 1:8-9… in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who donot know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. ⁹ These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, (NKJV) 

God gave us His inerrant written Word, the Bible…to give us a complete picture of God’s love for us…as well as to show us the wrath God will shower upon those “who donot know God”, because they did not “obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ”…  (See link at the end for a day’s writing about God’s grace) 

Those foolish people who “renounce God” because they believe God “will not require an account” of their lives before Christ, upon their death…probably have never seen some of the scripture God has recorded for us to open our eyes to this false belief…  Along with this eye opening scripture from 2 Thessalonians above, I would like to post some other potentially “eye opening” pieces of scripture…

2 Corinthians 5:10…  For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the thingsdone in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.  (NKJV) 

I often speak about God talking to me through my reading of the Bible…  God’s Word is absolutely alive for those who know Christ as their personal Lord and Savior…  To the lost, the Bible is nothing but foolishness, which can’t be understood without the Holy Spirit’s help…1 Corinthians 1:18…  For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.  (NKJV)

But God will use His Word to open the eyes of the lost, because it is living and powerful… 

Hebrews 4:12-13…  For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. ¹³ And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom wemust giveaccount.  (NKJV)

Notice a repeat of the fact that we must all give an account to Christ, in verse 13 of this scripture…“all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must giveaccount”…  

God must first draw an unbeliever to Himself, to make them aware that they can in no way save themselves from eternal damnation, by and any self-righteous works done in the name of the Lord…  Jesus warns us about this false “works based” salvation, in…Matthew 7:21-23…  Here is the link for another eye opening piece of God’s Word…  http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=mat7:21-23&version=NKJV;KJV

John 6:44… Noone can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me drawshim; and I will raise him up at the last day.  (NKJV) 

If you are not a Christian in God’s eyes, God may be giving you the urge right now to learn more about His saving grace, through obedience to the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ… If this is the case, I pray that you explore the link at the end, presenting the truth from God’s Word…along with 2 – 20 minute audio sermons by Dr. Charles Stanley, dated 7/08 & 7/09/2013…  The second audio on 7/09 is the most important, because it has Dr. Stanley presenting the gospel of Christ for those being led to listen in…

Heavenly Father, I pray that You would draw those that You don’t yet recognize as Your children, to Yourself…John 6:44…   And that they would seek the truth from Your Word; and by understanding and obeying the gospel of Your Son Jesus Christ, they would be set them free by You from Satan’s chains of bondage…John 8:32… I pray for this fullness of Christ in all of our lives, in Jesus’ most precious name and for His sake…Amen…
