Today we await the transfer of power as one president leaves office and another takes the oath to honor the constitution of the United States.  It should be a smooth transition, however this election has stirred emotions that run the gamut of human existence.

There are those who resist, protest and continue to complain about the results of that election.  There are those who will continue with that attitude for a long time after.  It’s now time for us to focus on a country that needs help in so many ways.  It’s time to set aside our differences, our anxiety, our depression, our desires.  When we place our thoughts on things that effect is personally, we are not only succumbing to the “me” society of today, but we’re losing what’s really…
