“Guaranteed Eternal life with Jesus”

I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come.
v.39: Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:38-39

If you check this list carefully in these 2 verses closing out Romans 8, you will conclude it covers everything we will experience in life. Sometimes life is more difficult to face than death, at least for the believer. History reveals to us that the early martyrs of the Christian church, when threatened with death, thanked their tormenters. For you see, death for the believer is the pathway to His promises of eternal life with our Lord Jesus Christ. Death for the believer is VICTORY!

This year has been hard on people. But nothing that has happened or will happen to us can possibly separate us from our INSEPARABLE LORD. For you see believers are constantly accompanied by His presence. We are held close to Him by His very hands. We are in a perpetual state of fellowship with Him that NO POWER can sever. Romans 8 begins with NO CONDEMNATION. In the middle is the promise that ALL THINGS work for our good. It ends an inexhaustible list of things that cannot separate us from the Love of Christ. This morning I am giving thanks to our Heavenly Father for the absolute power of our Lord to hold us, to keep us, to secure us, and to save us from the sting of death, all which has been made to come to pass by the righteous blood of Jesus Christ. Praise HIS Name!
