“Marry a God-loving and Bible-believing Christian!!”

Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.

Proverbs 18:22

Godly marriages are a blessing because Christ is at the center of them. As a Christian, you should make sure that the spouse you find is a God-loving and Bible-believing Christian; someone you can pray with and talk about God with. When you encounter challenges, they will be easier for you to overcome because you will both turn to God and not to the influences of the world.

Prayer:

Dear God, I commit my marital life into your hands. Father, when it comes to finding a spouse, I pray that I find someone who loves you as much as I love you. May you always be involved in every decision we make and every step we take. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
